We provide custom services through this Website. Listed prices are estimates and may vary based on the specific requirements of your project. Prices do not include applicable taxes or additional third-party fees, if any. Final pricing will be provided following a consultation.

PAYMENTS

When making a purchase through the Website, payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We do not store or control your billing information and are not responsible for the handling or security of that data. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other options as permitted by our payment processors.

CANCELLATION  & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to delivering high-quality websites and marketing services tailored to your goals. Our policy ensures transparency, fairness, and protection for both parties throughout the project.

1. Payments & Ownership

• A 50% deposit is required to begin all projects.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to launching the site or solution/service.

• Ownership of the website transfers to the client after full payment and completion of the required 12-month hosting, support, and maintenance agreement.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the design or implementation, we will make reasonable revisions within the agreed-upon scope. 

3. Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel the project after work has begun:

• • The initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and work invested.

  • If a significant portion of the project has already been completed beyond the deposit value, an additional pro-rated amount may be invoiced based on work completed to date.

4. Cancellations by the Business
If, for any reason unrelated to the client, we are unable to complete the project, a partial or full refund will be issued.
If delays or disruptions are caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we will communicate expected timelines and offer flexibility or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Hosting, Maintenance & Renewals

• All websites are built and hosted under a 12-month hosting, support, and maintenance agreement.

• After the 12-month term and full payment, you may request to transfer your website to your own hosting provider.

• We encourage renewing your hosting with us to maintain ongoing support, security updates, and peace of mind.

WARRANTIES

All services and products offered through this Website are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our Website may offer subscription-based services that require regular billing (monthly or yearly). The initial subscription term will be as specified at the time of purchase.

You may revoke your subscription within 3 days of purchase by contacting us. Revoked subscriptions will not be renewed, and no further charges will be made. Services tied to the subscription will be terminated upon cancellation.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged using the payment method on file unless you cancel beforehand.
